Changes to website maintenance support prices - August 2018

Created by FirstStop Design, Modified on Sat, 13 Jul 2019 at 12:32 PM by FirstStop Design

To simplify our pricing structures and processes we are changing our pricing and payment options for the above services.

In real terms our new fixed monthly and quarterly fees will actually save you money compared to the old options.

Third party service renewals: These changes will not effect customers for whom we only renew third party services such as domain names, analytic services or web hosting etc.

What will this mean for you?

Once any existing credit is used up you will be invited to select from one of our four fixed fee Management & Maintenance packages. They include generous design time hours, and standard monthly website maintenance.

See the packages here - www.firststopwebdesign.org.uk/site-management

You will also have the choice to continue using our Flexi Support Top-Up Option. Note: In the long-term you'll save money by using our 'fixed fee' packages.

See details of our Flexi Support Top-Up Option here - www.firststopwebdesign.org.uk/flexi-credit-top-up-option

Fixed fee Management & Maintenance package prices:

  1. Between £26.95 and £62.95 per month (Only for payments via Direct Debit, PayPal or Credit/Debit card)
  2. Between £80.85 and £188.85 per quarter/3 monthly (Only for standard payments via invoice)

All payment options can be cancelled at any time!

FREEzone Tech Support - Quick updates and fixes will remain valid under this option, at no charge whatsoever.
