From 1 May 2019 we introduced Stand Alone Monthly Maintenance for all Fixed-24-Support customers that are not already subscribed to an integrated / comprehensive support package.

Why are we introducing this?
Essentially, for your own peace of mind!
Virus and hacker attacks on website on all platforms (Duda, WiX, WordPress etc) are sadly on the increase. If we can detect issues early it will save you a great deal upset and disruption.

What does the service include?
- Up to 1.5 hrs of monthly maintenance checks
- Updating of plugins / software
- Management of SPAM & logins
- Security email alerts will be managed by us on your behalf
- Monthly reports (where an issue is detected)
Service Costs:
Stand Alone Monthly Maintenance - £8.99 + £6.00 First Stop Admin Fee = £14.99 p/month (deducted from any credits we retain for you).
