Web content accessibility guidelines are available on the W3C website, and cover a wide range of recommendations for making Web content more accessible.

Following these guidelines will make content accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including blind and partially sighted people, and will also often make your web content more usable to users in general.

As part of the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), W3C have also produced a series of videos called "Web Accessibility Perspectives". These videos explore the impact of accessibility for people with disabilities and the benefits for everyone. You can watch the videos on the W3C WAI perspectives website.
