Our general consultation is set out for customers in four steps.
Design Phase 1
We ask most new customers to first complete our no obligation survey. This will help us assess your basic requirements and provide a quote for your web project. In most cases, the survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
……………………………………………………………….
Design Phase 2
We will consult with you and discuss your requirements in some detail. Generally all consultation is carried out online (or via telephone in development phase) particularly if you are based outside Birmingham/West Midlands) except in some cases where disability or sight impairments dictate otherwise, or as part of a formal tender process.
……………………………………………………………….
Design Phase 3
We will suggest appropriate domain and hosting services and optional email etc to fit your budget, and design and layout a draft design for your comments and input.
……………………………………………………………….
Design Phase 4
Once your site is complete we also offer basic training in website management and an updating/maintenance service. Advanced training in the use of the on-line tools to manage a website is also offered at very reasonable rates.
