Changing / Forgotten Box.com passwords

All First Stop customers are given viewer access to files related to their websites or online resources that are stored on Box.com. One or more persons from your company/organisation may also have been given access.


Normally, all users will have set their own password or can request a password change via www.app.box.com/login

Users will have access to all files in the company/organisation folders that would have been previously agreed.


Lost or Forgotten your password?

  1. Go to https://app.box.com/login/
  2. Click on 'Reset Password'
  3. Enter the email used originally
  4. Follow the instructions


Important: For some customers we also need access to listed accounts in the execution of our duties and should therefore be informed of any password changes where this is applicable.
