Can I meet face-to-face during the consultation period?

Generally all consultation is carried out online (or via telephone in development phase) particularly if you are based outside Birmingham/West Midlands) except in some cases where disability or sight impairments dictate otherwise, or as part of a formal tender process.

We don't generally carry out face-to-face meetings at the consultation stage. This is basically to ensure that we have a full audit trail of customer related matters, as well as to keep costs down as a small trader for both our customers and ourselves. This is why our survey and consultation processes are so comprehensive.

This is a key reason why we can keep our fees lower than most you will find.

Rest assured we will get all the information we need via our processes to complete the project to a high standard and on schedule.
